You Have Redeemed Me

Take from me O’ Lord the breath that whispers the past, take from me O’Lord the voices replaying saying I can’t undo my mistakes, take from me O’ Lord the words that are loud in my heart, that try to condemn what You have already washed clean, take from my soul the very lies that creep into my ears, saying I am not loved, the more You take my Lord and Savior, the more I feel seen and known and loved by You, You are my heart’s desire, The One in Whom I trust, The One where all my hope lies, Take from me O’ Lord all the untruths and fill me to overflowing with Your Truth and Your Truth alone. Here is my heartfelt plea and prayer….Thy Will be done in all aspects of my heart, soul, life, and spirit.
